Now based in Northern California, Escalera has become a dominant name-brand in the material handling industry with strong domestic sales and world-wide distribution. With the promotion of Mark E. Torrison to the office of President in 2011, Escalera opened a new agricultural products division, Regalo Ag Products. Raised in the fertile San Joaquin valley in a family of farmers, and operating his own commercial harvesting business, Torrison brought to his position a strong working knowledge of the ag industry. As lead designer, Torrison knew precisely what principles of design and features to build into the product line. Initially focusing on bulk handling carts for nut harvesting, Regalo Ag was warmly received by farmers and custom harvesters. The reservoir carts produced by Regalo Ag were built to a superior standard of construction as the company focused on the three principles of Quality, Performance, and Value.
